These spice mixes are the exact same recipes from The Pantry Shop. I was one of the original owners many years ago in Tauranga.
The spice mixes are all natural with no additives, no preservatives, gluten free, nut free, just spices! Even the Garam Masala blend (a part of the Butter Chicken mix) is roasted and ground by hand (by us) for the perfect flavour!

You'll be pleased to know that our spice mixes are completely natural with no additives or preservatives. We source all our spices from just one company who we have a very good relationship with and know they have the best spices in town. Totally gluten free as well.
We also add Garam Masala to our Butter Chicken blend, this is made completely from scratch by hand, by us. We do this because we haven't found any really really good blends anywhere else and because you have to roast and then grind the spices, they need to be really fresh as well.
To guarantee quality and freshness we dry fry the spices first then grind them by hand. They are soooooo good. It's the most awesome smell when you start to grind them - mmmmmm yum! Try our awesome Butter Chicken Recipe, its fantastic and so easy to make.
