Easy Butter Chicken with less than 9.9g Carbs per serving!
600 g Boneless Chicken cut in 2 cm cubes
1 Packet of Butter Chicken Spice Mix
3 tbsp Olive Oil
1 Red Capsicum – finely chopped
135 g Tomato Paste (Watties)
300 ml Unsweetened Natural Greek Yogurt

Place chicken & Butter Chicken Spice Mix in a bowl and toss chicken to coat.

Melt butter in a pan & cook capsicum.

Add chicken & fry for about 3 mins.

Stir in the tomato paste and yogurt, mix well.

Simmer for 10 minutes or until cooked.
